After more than 25 years in the corporate world, all in manufacturing businesses, I bring a big-company perspective to small and mid-sized businesses. My vision is to make a positive impact on the world by helping businesses and nonprofit organizations to make a difference in their communities, with sustainable impact for current and future generations.

What type of industries do you specialize in?

For fractional CFO Services, I specialize in manufacturing industries. My experience includes specialty and commodity chemicals, B2B Food & Beverage, Machining, Semiconductor, and discrete manufacturing industries.

What is your prior project experience?

I have led projects for medium and large manufacturing companies, either improving margins, reducing costs, system implementation, and/or improving processes. Examples are:

Reduced the month-end closing cycle to 2.5 days, while improving accuracy and quality (eliminated all audit-mandated entries), and reducing overtime (year-end close overtime reduced by 75%)
Led projects to capture margin improvement efforts and implement solutions with cross-functional buy-in
Led projects to reduce costs

I am also Six Sigma Green Belt certified.

Who are you?

I am a senior finance leader, with nearly 30 years of experience in finance and accounting, leading teams of 5 to 17 team members.

My early career years have been focused on Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Treasury functions.

I was asked to join a global SAP Implementation and had leadership roles in various projects before I pivoted to General Ledger, Fixed Assets, and Financial Planning & Analysis.

I have led the Finance and Accounting function of a $200M legal entity, the FP&A function for a $800M Division, and Plant Accounting teams.
